Cecilie Ystenes Myhre

Entrepreneur, author and mental trainer Oslo

My name is Cecilie; I’m an entrepreneur, author and mental trainer for athletes, business leaders and people who want to get more out of their potential! I live in Oslo, Norway and own a company named RAW training whom delivers health and education services! As a person I’m ambitious, energetic and always 100% honest!

What drives you? What does ‘making a difference’ mean to you?

I thrive by working towards goals and helping other people performing better at their arena! Making a difference means for me being able to learn other people psychology tools so that they can strengthen their strengths, and minimize the distractions that comes in their way from being the best version of them selves.

Tell us a story from your past that has really shaped you. What did you learn?

Its not one situation that has really shaped me. But I will say that my upbringing in a sports family has thought me the meaning of knowing my strengths and weaknesses, and the fact that a lot is possible if you are willing to work hard over time!

If you could travel back in time… what piece of advice would to give to yourself ten years ago?

When you really don’t know what to do; trust your instinct!

What does your morning routine look like? How do you maintain balance in your life? What bio or life hack would you like to share with the world?

I like to sleep for at least 8 hours, and always eat a healthy breakfast and drink a glass of lemon water.

I try to ask my self; what do I have to work with today? How do I feel, body and mind, and what kind of things should I be aware of today based on how I feel?

Answering those questions will help you know how to navigate better in every day life, since our mood, thoughts and feelings change from day to day.

I maintain balance threw adjusting my own expectations to my self and others when working on goals in different areas of life. For example: if im working a lot, I cant expect to work just as much on other areas.

When are you most happy? Where is your happy place?

When I'm with people who are genuine and authentic! Beside that; the mountains and with my family.

What’s your favorite type of training? Why is training important for you and your career?

I love short and explosive sprints, tabatas and workouts with high intensity. Training is fun and important because it`s “me time” and self care. Helping others give me a lot, but I can’t do my best if I don’t take care of myself. Training also gives me higher work capacity and energy!

What’s next? What are your ambitions for the future?

The ambitions for the future are clear: develop the company to new highs - and face new bigger challenges within my profession.
