What drives you? What does ‘making a difference’ mean to you?

To be able to guide and witness my clients transform their lives or people in general who’ve made conscious changes to their lifestyles - through something I’ve shared. Evan if I manege to reach out to just one person, I believe I’ve contributed to something positive and that drives me!

Tell us a story from your past that has really shaped you. What did you learn?

For almost 15 years I was addicted to medicine, comfort eating and struggled a lot with depression. Once I decided and committed myself to change my lifestyle, I began to understand the tremendous power we as individuals have to actually change our lives to the better.

We just have to believe in ourselves. It thought me to take care of myself, so that I could take care of myself. Many may see that as a selfish act, however - when we take care of ourselves we inspire other people to do the same. Win win!

If you could travel back in time… what piece of advice would to give to yourself ten years ago?

I would tell myself not to stress about anything, that I’d still have a lot of time to do the things that I always wanted to do. I would also point out the importance of following your own heart and inner guidance.

What does your morning routine look like? How do you maintain balance in your life? What bio or life hack would you like to share with the world?

I usually wake up very early and drink a cup of hot lemon water and/or organic coffee/tea . I then prefer to practice yoga or functional training in the am, before I break my fast and have a delicious plant based breakfast/lunch.

I always check in with myself and I’ve become so much better at knowing what my body and soul needs. It makes it easier for me to maintain a long-lasting and balanced lifestyle.

When are you most happy? Where is your happy place?

My happy place is without a doubt in nature, especially by the ocean. However, I do believe that true happiness comes from within and that’s something you can tap into wherever  you are!

What’s your favorite type of training? Why is training important for you and your career?

I love to combine strength training and different kinds of mobility training. Yoga is a big passion of mine, I absolutely love the practice. It’s not just important for my career, but my life in general.

What’s next? What are your ambitions for the future?

Right now I’m in Bali and focusing on training, yoga and gymnastics. It’s an amazing place to get inspiration from. I coach clients online and work with my social media channels. However, I have a lot of exciting future plans for my healthy lifestyle brand - stay tuned!
