What drives you? What does ‘making a difference’ mean to you?
Freedom and to inspire other women to “own your own choices”.
Tell us a story from your past that has really shaped you. What did you learn?
When I first heard about a family friend who couldn’t leave her cheating and mean husband because she couldn’t afford her own apartment. She had sacrificed her own career for her husband and didn’t think it wasn’t worth leaving him. When I first heard this story I decided to make sure to own my own choices and make sure to be independent and never have to be in the situation where I don’t prioritize my own worth.
If you could travel back in time… what piece of advice would to give to yourself ten years ago?
I would tell myself to more often; Fuck what others think and to always trust my gut feeling.
What does your morning routine look like? How do you maintain balance in your life? What bio or life hack would you like to share with the world?
I don´t have a special morning routine. I always wake up with a really good mood which makes everything much easier. One thing I always prioritize is to buy a cappuccino on my way to the office while listening to good music.
When are you most happy? Where is your happy place?
At home. It´s my happy place where I can charge my batteries and really find peacefullness.
What’s your favorite type of training? Why is training important for you and your career?
I recently discovered Yoga, since it´s the only training that´s working for me right now (I am pregnant in week 30) and I love it! So right now yoga definitely. Training is important since it´s a way to be completely present and the most effective way to prevent stress.
What’s next? What are your ambitions for the future?
Well I am expecting a baby girl in December, so I guess that´s the big next. My ambitious for the future is to keep inspiring women to own their own choices and to teach my baby girl to be independent and to believe in herself. And another big ambition is to always love what I do and to keep investing in myself and develop as an entrepreneur, partner and mother.
